Who is FETCH?
Erin Driscoll
Erin Driscoll brings a unique blend of legal, corporate, and operational expertise to FETCH Executive Management. After earning her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 2011, she built her career in corporate America before relocating to Washington, D.C., in 2015. Following her work with a nonprofit organization, Erin joined Bark + Boarding as General Manager, where she helped drive exponential growth and established new standards of excellence in the pet care industry.
Passionate about building efficient systems, developing strong teams, and creating exceptional client experiences, Erin co-founded FETCH Executive Management to help businesses streamline operations, strengthen workplace culture, and grow with purpose. When she's not FETCHing results, you'll find her spending time with her rescue dog, Roger, or cheering on her beloved New England Patriots.

Ryan Fochler
Originally hailing from Pennsylvania, Ryan Fochler began his career in computer programming before trading code for canines in 2004 when he purchased Dog Paws 'n Cat Claws Pet Care. Fueled by a lifelong passion for animals, he transformed the business into what is now Bark + Boarding, rebranding in 2017 and growing it into one of the premier pet care companies in the Washington, D.C. metro area. After opening a second location in 2024, Ryan discovered that his true passion extended beyond pet care—building efficient systems, driving sustainable growth, and creating a workplace culture where employees can thrive. In 2026, he co-founded FETCH Executive Managementto help businesses streamline operations, maximize profitability, and build people-first cultures that last.

Miranda Namrow has always been fascinated by how people think, communicate, and work together. After graduating from Boston University in 2004 with a degree in Psychology and Advertising, she found the perfect fit in the pet care industry, where she's spent more than 15 years wearing just about every hat—from daycare attendant to front desk administrator. Her true passion lies in creating exceptional client experiences by anticipating needs before they're even expressed; building lasting relationships that keep customers coming back.
As a working mom of three young children, Miranda understands firsthand the challenge of balancing career and family. That perspective inspired her to co-found FETCH Executive Management, where she helps businesses move beyond the daily hustle, prevent burnout, and create workplaces where employees genuinely want to be. By combining thoughtful systems, intentional culture, and people-first leadership, Miranda is passionate about helping organizations create happier teams, stronger customer relationships, and sustainable long-term success.
